Nestled in the escarpment on the edge of the Blackall Range, Maleny enjoys majestic views over the Sunshine Coast and Glass House Mountains. Like the other quaint townships along the escarpment, Maleny has retained its colonial atmosphere.
It is a centre for dairy farming and fruit growing, as well as a popular haven for artists and craftspeople.
