Accommodation
Select a two-storey three-bedroom townhouse, a multi-level penthouse with roof-top terrace, or a two-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with garden terrace and private beach access. Las Rias is low-key luxury in a boutique building, representing exclusive real estate in the most idyllic of Noosa settings.
The apartments are fully furnished, well appointed and spacious with ensuite to master bedroom, fully equipped kitchens, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, drier, television and dvd.
All master bedrooms have private balconies which overlook the beautiful Noosa river. Las Rias is serviced by professional on site managers who are on hand to look after your every need including the weekly service of apartments.

1st Floor: This is a beach level apartment with direct access to our own beach. It has 3 bedrooms, the main with a king bed and ensuite, and a lovely view out to the river. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. All apartments have a second bathroom with laundry facilities. All our apartments have fully equipped kitchens with oven, cooktop and microwave & dishwasher. There is a full size fridge freezer and another bar fridge. All our apartments also have their own BBQ on the patio. Apartments 1 to 6 are beach level with their own private garden area opening onto the beach. These apartments still have spectacular views of the river.
2nd Floor: This is a first level apartment that has 2 bedrooms plus a studio room. There is a king in the main bedroom with ensuite, 2 singles in the second bedroom, and a single bed in the studio room. All apartments have a second bathroom with laundry facilities and fully equipped kitchens. This apartment can comfortably sleep 5 and as with all our apartments has its own BBQ on the Balcony. Apartment 9 has lift access and is in the centre of the complex. Apartments 7 to 12 are on the 1st level.
Townhouse: This is a townhouse on the northwest corner of Las Rias. The Townhouses are located on the 2nd and 3rd levels with the living area downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs. This apartment is a large apartment with a queen bed in the main bedroom with ensuite, 2 singles in the second bedroom and a double bed in the third bedroom. Two of the bedrooms are at the front opening onto a balcony overlooking the river. The second bathroom and laundry facilities are upstairs. There is also a powder room downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment has a good sized dining living area. Apartments 13 to 21 are the townhouses.
Penthouse This is our penthouse situated in the middle of the complex on the 4th and 5th levels. Access is by lift and the apartment does have its own private rooftop area. This is a very large 3 bedroom penthouse with living downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom with ensuite with a spa bath, and a queen bed in the second bedroom. The third bedroom has 2 single beds all of these bedrooms open onto a large balcony. There is a second bathroom on the upper level with laundry facilities. Downstairs there is a 3rd bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large dining living area, with a separate TV area. The penthouse offers spectacular views over the Noosa River and out to Noosa Heads.

Shared amenities include heated swimming pool, spa and sauna, private beach and jetty. The fishing is free. And of course that sensational location within easy walking distance of everything you could possibly need, and all for which Noosa is famous.
